What to Expect?

This workshop offers an extensive approach to the philosophy of movement. Focusing on physical intelligence, promoting strength and longevity, as well as building a pedagogy of principles to explore in the realms of mixed movement— A cross pollination of imagery, concepts and techniques.

The workshop will be divided into 5 chapters:

  1. Sensitisation and Emotional Dexterity

  2. Mobility and Strength

  3. Skill building

  4. Partnering

  5. Flow and Transitioning

Each chapter contains a variety of topics within it. Which can be dove into in a way that suits the individuals interest, inspirations, and curiosity. Through fundamentals and research.

Originally advertised as €30 - i will keep this - however I am opening an offering of €40 donation due to taking the workshop indoors. I try my best to make my workshops as inclusive as possible and hope this reflects still in the updated cost
